Maxwell

Pit Boxer Lover (with some extra baggage) from Milltown, NJ

My wife, my roomates at the time, and I saved Maxwell from a shelter in North Haven, Connecticut. We rescued him approximitely seven years ago while we we're in college. His nickname in the shelter was 'handsome dan' and they found him behind the local movie theatre (our guess is that he was looking for artificial butter). We will never understand how someone could have lost him and not traveled to great lengths to find him, but one thing is for sure, we are forever grateful for it. 90% of Maxwell's day is spent acting as much like a human as he possibly can. He can yawn on command, must sleep under the covers, and loves harassing his little brother, Baxter (cat-in picture). He is the most sweet, gentle, stoic, all around smelly, and compassionate animal we've ever known and our love to him is matched ten fold back to us on a daily basis.
Although we're finding that we could have written a 30 page story on all his quirks and how much we love him, we will leave it at this and let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Maxwell - a.k.a. gootie poopins, magooch, daddys boy, boobabloo.
