Q: When will you ship my order?
A: For pre-ordered items, please make note of the timeframe specified for each product. For regular orders (not pre-ordered), our product will ship within 3 business days from when the order was received. Please add an additional 2 – 5 business days for delivery by the US Postal Service.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept certified checks or cash. Currently our products are only available online and you must have a valid credit card and address in order to complete the check out process.

We currently ship via the US Postal Service via First Class Mail for US, Canada, and international orders.

A: Yes, we do accept international orders with a flat shipping rate added when you check out.
